Custom orders take about 4-6 weeks to complete

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Please note that once your order is shipped, please refer to your tracking number as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Pick-up:

Local pickup is available at 137 Main Street, Markham (Village Pottery).

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be ready for pickup.

Damages and Issues
Contact us immediately if the item is damage or if you receive the wrong item. Please email us as soon as possible at monicagraceceramics@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
